Pipers Point on Lake Julia

This is our family's second time staying at Pipers Point and again it did not dissappoint. The property is secluded and the lake is beautiful and quiet. The home is well maintained and clean. The family enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking when not fishing off of the dock. If you have a small boat this lake would be awesome for fishing as we caught several lg and sm mouth bass along with pan fish. Musky and Pikes are out there (big musky patrolled the dock a few days) which kept fishing exciting. There is always plenty of firewood, so campfires occured pretty much everyday. Hard to beat a Northern Wisconsin night sky. The property is about 25 mins from Eagle River if you need to visit a more touristy location to visit for a day or two. Aside from not having a boat this was another awesome trip. Looking forward to next year!

Great getaway in the true "northwoods". Very accessible with a quick 10 minute drive to town. Very nice sandy beach for the kids to enjoy and some of the best fishing on the lake that you'll find in northern Wisconsin. If you want a peaceful location with beautiful views in all directions, this is the place.
